2. Nature of Telemetry Data
All hardware metrics—including FIO 4K read/write MB/s, Sysbench event throughput, and MTR latency values—represent empirical results gathered from specific virtual machine instances during our standardized 30-day monitoring intervals.
Cloud hosting environments are dynamic. Factors including hypervisor oversubscription, neighbor workloads ("noisy neighbors"), network peering incidents, and localized datacenter temperature events may cause your individual server performance to deviate from our published telemetry.
3. Limitation of Liability
GlobalVPS and its contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your contractual agreements with third-party hosting companies linked from this platform. Server migrations, backups, and security hardening remain the sole responsibility of the respective infrastructure administrator.
4. Intellectual Property
Original benchmark analysis, SVG diagrams, and editorial commentary are proprietary property of GlobalVPS.site. Reproduction of our benchmark tables without proper backlink attribution is strictly prohibited.
